Upon Joining The civil air patrol as a cadet, what uniforms do you receive?
You'll receive the short sleeve blues shirt, the blues trousers, the blues belt, and the garrison cap (blues hat). Other than that you will have to buy the other uniform pieces, unless your squadron issues you anything, which I'm not guaranteeing.
