To what extent did the Nazis recruit from other races/continents?
Occasionally when looking up the occasional WWII history article or photos online, I see that there were actually a number of Asians, Indians, Arabs and Blacks in the Wehrmacht and SS. I guess the Nazis were so desperate for fresh troops at some points that they recruited non-Aryans to fill their ranks. To what extent did the Nazis recruit from other races and continents during WWII?
