Your history in YA worries me.
• 4 months ago you HAD a 9½ weeks old GSD mix that was pulling - and you chose the answer that recommended the vicious gear known as a "Gentle Leader".
• 4 weeks ago you were asking about GSD vs Husky
• 3 weeks ago you were asking about GSD vs Rottweiler

• 2 weeks ago you were asking Rottweiler Questions (a second time)
• 4 days ago you were asking German Shepherd Puppy Question about a 10 weeks pup, emphasising its BIGness, and ear taping
• 2 days ago you were asking about a 5 months old $950 White GSD with giant (119 & 90 lbs) parents
• 1 day ago you were asking about GS Puppies for $250, especially whether it was a good size

• today you are asking for GS Help, asking how pup & parents look.
You're either a troll, or you don't have a mind of your own. Based on the abuse in your private message after my first answer you have the personality of troll.
On one of your many questions I told you the correct size range for a GSD.
It really is time that you realised that "looks" are irrelevant - what counts are the agility (which is why size has importance), attitude, behaviour, character. Only for show-&-breeding stock do "looks" get added to that. And neither show-people nor genuine breeders are going to be asking their questions in YA!
And what happened to that pup that would now be 6 months old?
Even enlarged, the pic in the other version of this question tells us nothing of importance except that the pup has a huge chest blaze - important for a show-breeder, but not otherwise.
However, your statement about "bi-coloured eyes" tells me that the litter is not something I would touch with a barge-pole. GSDs are required to have eyes of a single colour - brown - and the darker, the better.
The simplest summation of what's important is that both parents should possess a Breed Survey Classification (BS.Cl.1 or 2 in English; KKl.I or II in German), as just qualifying to ENTER one proves almost everything important about a GSD: http://germanshepherddog.com/regulations/breed_survey_regulations.htm
