Japanese Assorted

My face cleared up after I became a health-conscious vegan. Correlation or coincidence?
I had a dull, blotchy complexion back when I was a meat eater and cow's milk drinker and now that I've dropped both, my skin is more beautiful than a Japanese girl's. I glow with health and people ask me which products I'm using (none).
I eat 3 large green salads w/ assorted vegetables per day and try to include as many fruits as possible into my diet. Flax seeds and algae (wakame, kombu) are a staple too.
As mentioned above in two different posts; it could be a milk allergy, or reduced fat intake. Your also no longer exposed to the hormones given to dairy cows.
