Photo Parade Ground
What is the difference between a QC representing you in court from a normal lawyer in the in the sheriff court?
the defendant is in remanded custody for an alleged assault change..the defendant has been in custody for 150 days and there is a legal debate going to happen on Wednesday, with three points
1. when witness were shown photos in a id parade the defendant photos back ground had been enhanced to make it yellow while all the others where white
2.the witness where shown a red top by police that the defendant had on then the witness where asked to describe it after been shown it
3. the defendant was arrested the next again day after the alleged crime was committed in a different location
now a QC has been instructed to defend the defendant in this case any thought suggestions would be greatly appreciated i have my own opinion but I Am bias I just wondering on ever one else thought..
thanks
The principal difference is likely to be the legal bill.
The arguments are about admissibility of evidence. A QC is a senior advocate/barrister who are supposed to represent the best 10% of advocates in the country.
Whether it'll make any difference or not is a moot point.
