Airplane wing symbol?
What is the term for the symbol used on military aircraft to say which country it is? For example: German planes had an iron cross on their wings, the Americans had a blue star, and Canada has the maple leaf in a circle blue and white.
I think the term is also used badges for identification symbols on military uniforms.
