How to use transistors or mosfet-s to make a three way (us) switch for 12v dc voltage ?
the definition of the switch i like to make:
Single pole, double throw
A simple changeover switch: C (COM, Common) is connected to L1 or to L2.

Circuit triggered by positive charge.
there are many different ways to do this, and they depend on:
1. polarity and amplitude of drive signal
2. Current load
3. allowed offset voltage between input and output.
I would use two PNP 2n2905 type transistors hooked emitter to common point and collector to load. a pull down on the base will turn each one on. Run an inverter and/or driver to each base, depending on drive available. This would be good for as much as 500mA per leg.
If you really want this driven by charge, instead of voltage, you will need a charge amplifier and a flip-flop to hold the setting.
