What TV series did he star in?
They used these films in the '60's. Do they still use them today?

He was Jack Webb. The TV show he starred on was called Dragnet.
Maybe a marine lurks on the board and can tell you if they still use the films he narrated. My husband is an officer. I can't tell you if they use them.
