if it's true, then why do we shaving the heads of recruits, put in uniform, so they are all similar, then teach the unit? Army of one? yes, but it is an individual known to link its efforts and expertise to "team" to "Army of One" they mean a person trained and good character into a brick wall on the defensive. We mainly a defensive military, not an aggressive force conqueror who has a desire to rule the world. Of course, we have crazy bad mistakes in the past, and let our friends down, but when you see the harm done, we considerable efforts to expose and weed on the bastards. Too much is put into this diversity, we are not all alike in many ways, but for a fighting force there can be no debate about the actions that are based on the time and the reflex, there is no democracy in the military, it would be like a centipede trying to figure out what leg to put forward first.
