How can I get this Hat to stay on my head for Halloween?
I bought a very expensive from SS General Hat World War II. Unfortunatley, the hat sizes are made for men, that they are quite large, it will not stay on my head. The guy at the store food army told me to fold a new sheet of paper and stick it under the rim .... tried and it does not work what so ever. One you have any ideas I could try? I wish I could pin it, but its thick and heavy I think for the pin. All info would be great! Thank you
